  3. Wall Street Explorer requires certain files that are 
  4. only distributed as part of the Internet Explorer 
  5. package. Distribution of these files by third-parties 
  6. such as myself would be in violation of the Microsoft 
  7. license. Therefore, if you do not have Internet 
  8. Explorer 3.0 or later installed on your system you 
  9. should download it from www.microsoft.com. After 
  10. installation you may delete the IE Browser if you do 
  11. not intend to use it as your default browser, this 
  12. will not affect Wall Street Explorer.

  14. Wall Street Explorer is a 32-bit application designed 
  15. to run on Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.0 or later. 
  16. Windows 3.x users are not supported, however, it is 
  17. possible that Wall Street Explorer may function on 16-
  18. bit systems loaded with the latest version of Win32s.
